A fairytale house, right on the coast of Carmel. We had planned for a First Look when I arrived, but Christina and Ivo were so unconcerned with fussy tradition, that they said "what's up" to each other and went about the day before I walked in. I knew I was in for a chill, easygoing day--my favorite! We hit the coast next, seeking out gorgeous views of the ocean and rocks, making sure to capture Christina's cape absolutely soaring in the wind. Their ceremony was small and perfect, and then the couple spent the rest of the evening with their closest family, eating and laughing. Being invited into these intimate gatherings really is the hugest honor, I can't believe I get to witness days like this.
